Unfortunately, Flexi Fi is a third party payment service and Elmay Boutique has no control over the decisions made by them. If you aren’t accepted by Flexi Fi then please contact them directly. We've found that it could even be something as small as your DOB entered incorrectly in the application process causing refusal, so it's worth giving them a shout!
